Platform Documentation

VixenWorks is an organisation-scoped platform that guides product teams from initial idea through to a working, autonomously coded solution. It combines structured AI-assisted workflows with a background coding agent, keeping your technical solution anchored to your original product intent at every step.

The Core Workflow

Every product on VixenWorks moves through four stages in sequence:

Discover → Define → Design → Build
Stage What you do What you get
Discover Have an open conversation with an AI to explore a problem space or identify a product opportunity. Upload reference documents for context. A framed problem or product idea ready for formal definition.
Define Run a structured, AI-assisted process to thoroughly document your product. Ambiguity is removed and every requirement is surfaced. Review and amend the output. A complete, unambiguous product definition that becomes the contract for everything that follows.
Design Generate a technical plan, brief, proposal, and architecture. Every artefact is validated against your product definition to prevent solution drift. Epics, stories, architecture decisions, and a dependency-ordered implementation backlog.
Build Schedule backlog tasks to the coding agent. Approve batches, monitor progress on a Kanban board, and let the agent write the code in your repository. A coded, integrated solution in your git repository.

At the Define, Design, and Build stages you can open the Planner Chat panel at any time to ask questions, drill deeper into any artefact, or amend requirements and regenerate the affected output.

User Roles

Platform Roles

Role Who What they can do
ORG Admin The person who registered the organisation (and anyone promoted to this role). Full access to all platform features including organisation settings, billing, audit log, and workspace administration.
ORG Member Everyone else invited to the organisation. Full access to the Discover to Build workflow, Workspaces (where they are members), Insights, and Costs. Read-only access to billing.

Workspace Roles

Within any workspace, members are assigned one of three roles that control what they can do inside that workspace:

Role Capabilities
Workspace Admin Manage members, assign products and projects, edit workspace metadata.
Workspace Collaborator Assign products and projects, contribute to work inside the workspace.
Workspace Viewer Read-only access to workspace contents.

ORG Admins have implicit Workspace Admin access to every workspace in the organisation without needing an explicit membership row.
